Irish moss 10gr Irish Moss is a natural remedy for hot beer clarification. It is obtained from marine red algae, found near the shores of Ireland. Added to the last 10-15 minutes of brewing (ie hopping), it precipitates proteins found in the wort, which causes less beer clouding.
