Thanks to it, the taste, color and healthy properties of the food are preserved, as well as your time is saved.
The body has two heat-resistant handles. The autoclave can be used on any heating surface: gas, electric or induction. The capsule-shaped bottom has a high thermal conductivity, which speeds up the preparation of delicious meals.
Inside the autoclave there is a fastening device consisting of a base and two fastening cassettes for tight fixing of the lids of the jars to be preserved. In each level you can put 4 jars (from 500ml to 700ml) or 3 jars with a capacity of 1000ml.
FunctionalityThe autoclave is very airtight thanks to its lid with a silicone seal, which is securely attached to the tank with screw clamps. The autoclave design has a built-in pressure gauge control, pressure relief valve and electric thermometer pressure seal. The valve connection is designed so that you can extend the functionality of the autoclave by transforming it into a distillation apparatus
The autoclave and all its components are made of food-grade stainless steel, which is heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Steel grade AISI 304/430 is used in food and medical production and is also suitable for canning baby food.
