Unlike traditional canning methods, where the already heat-treated canned product is placed in jars, fresh raw materials are placed in an autoclave.
Thanks to it, the taste, color and healthy properties of the food are preserved, as well as your time is saved.
Inside the autoclave there is a fastening device consisting of a base and two fastening cassettes for tight fixing of the lids of the jars to be preserved. In each level you can put 4 jars (from 500ml to 700ml) or 3 jars with a capacity of 1000ml.
The autoclave is very airtight thanks to its lid with a silicone seal, which is securely attached to the tank with screw clamps. The autoclave design has a built-in pressure gauge control, pressure relief valve and electric thermometer pressure seal. The valve connection is designed so that you can extend the functionality of the autoclave by transforming it into the apparatus to be distilled.
The autoclave and all its components are made of food-grade stainless steel, which is heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Steel grade AISI 304/430 is used in food and medicineand is also suitable for preserving baby food.
The autoclave has an electric heating element with a smooth power regulator, thanks to which you can use it wherever there is an electrical connection. The body has two heat-resistant handles for moving the autoclave and adjustable, removable legs for its stability.
