Instructions:
Mix 125 kg of sugar thoroughly with clean, warm water to a total volume of 500 l.
Add the yeast to the mash at a temperature of 25–28°C.
Optimal fermentation temperature is 22–25°C.
During fermentation, the temperature should be monitored to ensure it does not exceed 26°C.
Fermentation time: 2 to 5 days depending on ambient temperature and mash composition.
Maximum alcohol tolerance: up to 18%.
Ingredients: yeast, nutrient blend, microelements, amylase enzyme.
Dosage: 1.7 kg / 500 l of mash (3.4 g / 1 l).
