Vinoferm®Tannoblanc
Tannin compound, particularly suitable for white wines. Has very good antioxidant properties as well as a bouquet enhancing effect. Also has a slight fining action.
Dosage: 0,5-1g/10 litres.

Vinoferm®Tannorouge
Tannin from the sweet chestnut. Mainly used for red wines. Beside bouquet enhancing properties, also has a stabilising effect on anthocyans (red pigments). Best added at the beginning of fermentation.
Dosage: 1-3 g/10 litres.
