Preparation of 100 liters of mash:
1. Dissolve 25 kg of sugar or 28 kg of dextrose in 40 liters of hot water (sugar to water: 1:1.6. dextrose to water: 1:1.43)
2. Mix well
3. Add water to 100 liters
4. Bring the temperature to 25°C
5. Add the contents of the bag and mix again.
