The aroma is characterized by a sweet corn flavor with notes of caramel and vanilla. There’s also a light smoky aftertaste and hints of roasted nuts. Finally, a pleasant, warm aftertaste of oak and sweet spices lingers on the palate for a long time.
250ml – enough essence for approximately 7.5 liters of alcohol
25ml – for a 750ml bottle
Instructions: Pour 25ml of essence into a 750ml bottle and top with 40% vodka (or stronger, if desired). Shake, let stand for 24 hours, and you’re done. A longer “infuse” enhances the flavor.
