Hot Rod 48 is a professional turbo yeast designed for fast sugar mash preparation – maximum speed with minimal effort.

Instructions:
- Dissolve 5–7 kg of sugar in 25 liters of water at 35°C
- Mix thoroughly until fully dissolved
- Allow temperature to drop to 23–25°C
- Add contents of the sachet and stir
- Ferment at 20–30°C (optimal 25°C):
- 5–6 kg sugar – 48 hours
- 7 kg sugar – 3–4 days
