A brewing kit for making a light, copper-coloured Ale-style beer. The beer has a fruity initial flavour with a slightly tart note and a hoppy finish.
The kit includes:
- Malt extract with hops — 2.4 kg
- Brewer’s yeast
- Brewing instructions
Suitable for making 20 litres of home-brewed beer. When 800 g of sugar is added, the finished beer will have an approximate alcohol content of 5% ABV.
