Thanks to the high content of natural grape sugar, you get fast and effective fermentation, so no additional sugar is needed for fermentation. The natural sugar content in grapes is enough to get wine with a strength of about 11%. The package contains 5 liters of concentrate for making 23 liters of delicious white wine.
