Oak chips – are made from various oaks. They are intended for flavoring wine, cognac, honey, liqueurs, etc. Oak chips impart a distinctive aroma of oak barrels, a subtle taste of vanilla and coffee.
How to use:
The optimal, recommended dose is: 2-5 g per 1 liter, add during the fermentation process or to the finished product for storage.
