This gin basket is designed for vapor infusion during distillation. It is installed above the reflux condenser so that purified alcohol vapors pass through aromatic ingredients without contacting reflux liquid. The basket can be filled with citrus peel, berries, bark, leaves, spices, herbs, and other botanicals.
