The VAKS-82B vacuum system is designed for storing and preserving food and beverages under vacuum. It keeps all kinds of products fresh much longer than with conventional storage methods. This is because removing the air significantly reduces the amount of oxygen inside the container, which slows down oxidation processes, in other words, food spoilage.
Set includes:
- 9 vacuum lids in three colors (red, green, yellow – 3 lids of each color)
- manual vacuum pump
Products such as dried mushrooms and fruits keep well in vacuum for a long time — they do not darken and retain their taste and aroma. Meat for шашлык / barbecue turns out juicy and tender if marinated in vacuum. Dried salted fish does not overdry and does not develop a rusty appearance.

* These storage periods are given on the assumption that the products are stored in a refrigerator at +3 to +5 °C. The table contains only approximate data. Storage times depend on the initial freshness of the products, the method of preparation, and how correctly the vacuum sealing was performed. Please note that opening the jars reduces the storage life of the products.
