Zubrowka ECO

Żubrówka ECO – Żubrówka Grass (Contains sweet Zubrowka grass (Hierochloë odorata). Serves 5 liters of alcohol. It gives the vodka a subtle flavor and aroma. The coumarin contained in Żubrówka has a slightly calming and anti-inflammatory effect. The herb was collected in the forested areas of the Białowieża Forest. For each 0.5-liter bottle, add 1-2 Żubrówka grasses and a pinch of sugar approximately 10-14 days before consumption. The vodka is ready to drink when it turns slightly green.
