Bentonite is a natural white clay used for clarifying liquids and removing cloudiness. It is suitable for home winemaking, clarification of fermented liquids and preparation of food-grade liquids for further processing.
Bentonite helps bind suspended particles, yeast residues and other fine impurities, allowing them to settle at the bottom of the container. As a result, the liquid becomes clearer, cleaner and more stable.
